The Roots will be added to “Just Press Play,” a concert to be held Saturday at Carnesecca Arena, according to Campus Activities’ concert committee co-chairs Damien Duchamp and Steven Szczesny.
According to Duchamp and Szczesny, The Roots will join Shang, Noztra, Nina Sky, Rhymefest, and DJ Neil Armstrong in opening for All American Rejects, the concert’s headliner.
“The Roots will add to an already packed lineup,” Szczesny said. “I think this concert will really bring the St. John’s University community together in a great night of great music.”
