The TORCH welcomes comments from our readers in the form of Letters to the Editor. Letters to the editor should be no longer than 350 words. The writer’s full name, year and college must accompany the letter. They will be printed. The department of faculty, staff and administrators also must be included and will be printed.

Letters from the surrounding community are welcome and must include a name and complete address. Only the street will be published.

The writer’s phone number also is required but will not be printed.

No unverifiable letters will be published.

The TORCH reserves the right to edit all letters for content, grammar and space.
