I agree. What really makes people angry is that he never acknowledges his wrongdoings and acts like things were still great and all. As I understand it, it’s more like justifying his actions by silence. This is BS!

Fr Harrington screwed a lot of University staff. End of story.

We should not forget that a human life was lost. Cecilia Chang may have been flawed and imperfect. But we are all imperfect human beings. Notably lacking in this sad tale are the Christian qualities of repentance, apology, forgiveness, and redemption.

so what about the loans? Robert Wile takes a loan to build a house and then doesn’t have to pay it back? Doesn’t sound like a loan to me. I also happen to know that wile’s father was the general contractor on the house project. Robert didn’t make a profit flipping the house? I dont think so. Was that because the receipts his father gave to him exceeded the profits from the sale? I think there’s a lot to look into here.

Notice that Harrington never even apologized, not so much for what he did, but for the shame and embarrassment that he visited on the University, using student tuition to pay $550,000 in salary and benefits to Rob Wile! An, before WIle, Jim Pellow, former CFO, received over $700,000. Wonder why???

What about the $ Wile borrowed interest free? When does that get paid back?
